The best way to treat neuropathy is to keep your blood sugar regulated. This is something you should be doing anyway, but if you’re not you should start. Eat foods that are full of nutrients & low in fat and foods that do not contain simple carbohydrates like white bread and pasta. Opt for brown rice instead. Keeping your blood sugar regulated can help to prevent complications that arise from diabetes, and ease the pain that comes with diabetic neuropathy.

The key to any type of treatment is to be persistent. You may not see results the first day, or even the first week. Look at treatment as a long-term goal.
